Jeff Beals
Jeff Beals is Vice President of Operations for Coldwell
Banker Commercial World Group. He is responsible for
administration, marketing and human resources.
Before joining the Company, Beals served as Dean of
Student Affairs and Director of Enrollment Management
at Clarkson College in Omaha. In 1993-94, he was Assistant
Director of Admissions at a private college in Santa
Fe, New Mexico. As an adjunct professor, he has taught
ten semesters of American Government at Clarkson College
and five semesters of Real Estate Brokerage at the University
of Nebraska at Omaha.
Beals' community involvement has included Greater Omaha
Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, University
of Nebraska at Omaha Library Friends Executive Board,
Opportunities | Jobs | Careers Board of Directors, Commercial
Real Estate Workshop Planning Committee; Build It Omaha;
Midwest Real Estate News Editorial Board, The Greater
Omaha Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Council;
Millard Public Schools Communications Advisory Board;
Vice President of the St. Paul's Church Board of Directors;
Boy Scouts Learning for Life Program and Campaign Manager,
Treasurer and Steering Committee Member for 12 political
campaigns.
As a freelance writer, he has had more than 200 articles
published in national and local publications. He writes
a bi-weekly column on economic development for The City
Weekly. He is the author of the forthcoming book, Self
Marketing Power: Branding Yourself as a Business of
One to be released fall 2007 by Keynote Publishing.
Beals holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science
and a Bachelor of Journalism degree in News-Editorial,
both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
